After School Art Classes

TERM 2 ART CLASSES 2024
 
Allow your child's artistic talent to blossom in our brand new After School Art Classes! Drawing, Painting & Mixed Media Classes will commence in Term 1 & run weekly for a 10 week term. Classes run for 1.5hrs & each child will be supplied with their very own Artist's Kit which is theirs to keep & take home at the end of the term along with all their gorgeous artworks! 
 
Our classes provide a supportive environment in which young artists can explore thier creativity, develop new skills & build thier confidence all while making new friends. Children are encouraged to express themselves, emphasizing creativity & experimentation through age appropriate projects, themes & skills. We will explore a variety of Art making practices, materials, themes & techniques & emphasis will be placed on finding and developing a personal style. Kicking off with drawing & portraiture students will develop their drawing & technical skills using direct observation & imagination. Line, colour, shape, perspective and compostion will all be explored. We will also delve into the world of colour with fluid art, textured art,  abstraction, along with the importance & use of art as self care. 
 
Course outcomes
Drawing techniques explored inlcude shading, dimension, composition, portraiture & realism
The introduction to & development of a range of art & design techniques 
The development of skills like self discipline & perserverance 
Lots of fun & the opportunity to make a mess creating & exploring new mediums & art making practices 
Emotional development & improved confidence as a result of creative self exploration
Students will create a variery of artworks including drawing, painting & mixed media pieces.  
 
 
 
FEES & PAYMENT OPTIONS
 
1.5hr Art class $350 per term/10weeks
 
Term fees are payable at the time of enrollment. 
 
•If you need the option to pay off your term fees via monthly repayments please contact us directly.
•Alternatively you can use PayPal's Pay in 4 & pay your fees in 4 easy installments. 
 
Please choose your class enrolment carefully. Once you enrol, you are committing to the full or remaining term of art classes.
No cancellations are accepted during the current term after the start date for the term.
Refund Policy: Refunds in the form of money back to you, credit towards your fees for the same child or a different child ARE NOT given for change of mind or change of circumstances or for any other reason.

Bookings are essential and places are limited
In the event, you forget to come or you are unable to attend a workshop, the ticket is non-transferable after the event.
Whilst arriving, attending and leaving the workshops, it is your responsibility to ensure that you maintain and adhere to all safety precautions and requirements during the workshop. Artlaicious Studios and the attending staff hold no personal liability or responsibility for any damage, loss or theft incurred to personal property, or any physical injuries obtained during the workshop. By attending a workshop, you agree in holding full responsibility and liability for any damages, injuries to parties involved and physical and/or personal property that may occur during the workshop.
